Non-Usage and Change of Mind: If a refund request is made without any usage of our services, indicating a change of mind, we will process a partial refund. Deduction for Consumed Services

In instances where services have been rendered within the 30-day period and a refund is requested, the hours already consumed by the client will be deducted from the refund at their respective hourly rate. The amount corresponding to any remaining, unused hours will be refunded. This ensures a fair compensation for the services provided and the resources committed.
